Pneumo-hydraulic stamping cylinders and machines work entirely on compressed air. The short stamping (power) stroke is generated by the hydraulic pressure intensifier integrated into the cylinder. The speed of the stroke affords a considerable range of tolerances for work pieces of different heights.
A particularly noteworthy feature is the low noise level, which is never more than 75 dB(A). The compressed air requirement is around 10% of comparable pneumatic cylinders.
Attachment cylinders for production and assembly lines are available as standard or as stand-alone machines in C-bracket or column-type configurations. Capacities range from 40 kN to 80 kN, 150 kN and 250 kN. Other configurations can also be supplied.
